Andy will not be at adult Judo on Monday 1/2. Any students that show are free to follow the normal workout plan, senior ranks can show technique if desired. There is an email thread sent out for students to coordinate, text or call the gym number if you have questions.

Classes will be canceled December 23rd (Friday) through the 26th (Monday). Andy will not be at Wednesday Judo class, but all are welcome to come train what you know (or join the Muay Thai & No-gi BJJ classes). Have a wonderful holiday!
